FRANCESCO PERCONTI - CREATOR AND PROJECT MANAGER
Graduated in economic development and international cooperation in Palermo, at the age of 20 he began working in the social field founding `Cooperazione Senza Frontiere’ (currently its President) and specializing in project management.
The passion in this field has led him to develop numerous collaborations, among them all with European Alternatives, Ashoka and Giosef Italy (whose board of directors he is currently a member of), and international projects such as the Changemakerxchange and Impact Aimers.
He is one of the creators and founders of PYC – Palermo youth Centre and of `La Nuova Villa Trabia’.
His passions are cinema, travels and good food.
For No Profit Challenge, he take care of the management of the project.
CHIARA LOMBARDO - MARKETING, COMMUNICATION AND SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
She holds a degree in Law from the University of Palermo.
After a long experience abroad, she came back to Palermo.
Since her return, she got close to the non-profit community of Palermo, and she started working as a freelance for the European Magazin Cafebabel.

She has been part of the staff of PYC – Palermo Youth Centre from 2014 to 2017 by leading the communication department.
In the same period, she started working with different non-profit organisation, such as Cooperazione Senza Frontiere e Giosef Italy.
Today she is a successful Social Media Manager and manages the communication of several organisations, both profit and non-profit.
LORENZO FLORESTA - EST SICILY MANAGER
Master's degree in Law and International Master in European Studies, he has been national president of Giosef Italy (Giovani Senza Frontiere) from 2010 to 2017.
As a freelancer he works as project manager and private consultant for Statutory corporation, NGO and non-profit organizations.
From 2012 to 2015 he has been a director of the Forum Nazionale dei Giovani and the Forum Nazionale del Servizio Civile.
For some years he has dedicated himself to the study of models capable of creating and/or recreating spaces for active citizen involvement.
Passionate about readings and essays on the social economy, law, politics, european and international matters.
Videogames, fishing, football and swimming are some of his passions.
