This Privacy Policy is intended to provide you with information on how we treat your personal data. If you do not agree with any part of this Privacy Policy, then we will not be able to make the Platform Service available to you, and you should stop accessing it and disable your NPC account.

Definitions

2. Data from mobile devices
When you use some platform features, in particular our mobile platform, we can collect, store and treat different categories of location data, including general information (such as IP address, postal code) and more specific information (Eg GPS based features on mobile devices used to access the Platform or its specific features). If you access the Platform from a mobile device and do not want your device to provide us with information about its location, it may disable the GPS or other position tracking features on your device, at the condition that your device allows you to do so.

How does NPC use and treat the personal information you provide or make available?
We may use and process your Personal Data for the following purposes:
- To allow you access to the Platform and use the Service;
- To manage, protect, improve and optimise the Platform, NPC activity, and the experience of our Users, such as conducting analytics, research, advertising, and marketing activities;

- To administer prizes, polls, contests with prizes, games or other promotional activities or events sponsored or managed by NPC or our partners;
- To comply with our legal obligations, resolve potential disputes with our Users and enforce our rights against third parties.
How NPC uses and treats user communications
We can examine, scan or analyse its communications with other Users through the Platform for Fraud Prevention, Risk Assessment, Compliance with applicable Standards, Product Development, Research, and Customer Support. For example, in our fraud prevention activities, the Platform, with automated systems, can scan and analyse messages to hide contact information and references to other sites.This can help prevent fraudsters from requiring Volunteers to request their participation outside of the Platform. We can also scan, review, or analyse messages for product research and development purposes in order to help the activity of research, requests and communications more efficient and effective, As well as to correct products offers.
The above activity does not imply systematic control or warranty on User communications.
By using the Platform, you agree that NPC may, in its sole discretion, examine, scan, analyse and retain its communications, either manually or through automated means.
When and to whom NPC communicates or disseminates personal data
Your Personal Data may be communicated as follows.
Some parts of your public profile pages that contain some Personal Data may be displayed to other Users in other parts of the Platform for Marketing Purposes.
Your Activity public page will always include some minimum information, including your public profile photo and your attitude to respond to the questions from the "Volunteer". Some parts of your Public page for the Ads may be displayed to other Users in other parts of the Platform for Marketing Purposes.
The Platform allows your public profile page and your public pages to be included in search engines, in which case your public profile page and your public Activity pages will be indexed by the search engines and may be shared as search results.This option is enabled by default and may decide to disable this feature by modifying its settings on the Platform.If you modify your settings or information on your public profile page and your public ads pages, third-party search engines will not be able to update your databases quickly or they will not be able to update you at all.We do not control third-party search engine practices, and they may use cache memories containing obsolete information, including search engine indexing information Before you change your settings or information on your public profile page and your Public Activity pages.
When you make a request to participate in an Announcement, your full name becomes visible to the "Organisation" account.Also, if you agree to be contacted in connection with your request, the "Organisation" may call you.
When a Volunteer participates in an Activity of an "Organisation" or "Network" profile, we will ask interested Users to evaluate each other and this evaluation will be publicly accessible on the Platform as an Impact Report.
You can link your NPC account to another account at a third-party social networking website.We refer to the contacts of a person present on such social networking websites using the term "Friends". When you create this link:
- Some of the information you provide us through the connection of your accounts may be posted on your NPC account profile;
- Your activities on the Platform may be viewed by your Friends on the Platform and/or on such third party website;
- Other NPC Users may be able to see any Shared Friends you have with them or the fact that you are a Friend of their Friends, where relevant;
- The information you provide us and which comes from the connection of your accounts may be kept, processed and disposed of for fraud prevention and risk assessment;
- Publishing and viewing the information you provide to NPCs through this link are subject to yours settings and permissions for the Platform and third-party sites.
We can share Platform parts (including one of your Activity) in order to be displayed on websites managed by NPC Business Partners, using technologies such as HTML widgets. If and when your Activities is displayed on a Partner site, information of your Public Profile page can also be displayed.
We can allow our affiliated and linked companies and their employees to use and treat your Personal Data in the same manner and within the same limits as we are permitted under this Privacy Policy. These companies will comply with the same applicable obligations to us, to protect your Personal Information under this Privacy Policy.
We may also use a third-party supplier, in the form of companies and individuals, to provide us with Services related to the Service.
We can also use Partners to provide services directly from such Partners, internally to NPCs or externally so that the range of services offered to you is broadly expanded.In this case, the Personal Data necessary for the provision of services directly provided by such Partners may be shared with such Partners.NPC is not responsible for the processing, sharing, or disclosure of the Shared Personal Data with these Partners, for which you are required to accept the relevant privacy policy, sole responsibility as the relative Partner.

Extraordinary NPC operations
